To serve you best, we've structured our cancellation policy as follows: If you need to cancel by July 27, 2026, we will gladly offer a full refund. If cancellation is necessary by August 25, 2026, we will gently return 50% of your investment. After that date, we are unable to offer a refund due to pre-committed costs, but we will hold 50% of your registration as a credit towards a future retreat, should the Lord lead you to join us then.

Bring comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, as the weather in late September can be quite variable. We recommend packing a cozy sweater or jacket and a comfortable chair for moments of personal reflection outdoors. Don't forget your journal to capture the insights and reflections that arise, your Bible, personal toiletries and any necessary medications. If you plan to explore the beautiful grounds of Eagle Sky, be sure to bring comfortable walking or hiking boots. To stay hydrated and enjoy warm beverages throughout the retreat, we also recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and a thermos. Most importantly, bring an open heart, ready to receive God's love and grace.

Both are wonderful! Attending alone allows for a deeper, more personal journey with God. Attending with a friend or two can provide added support and shared memories. Whether you come alone or with others, you'll find a warm and welcoming community at Captivating Core.

The  Captivating Retreat is designed as an immersive experience for adult women seeking deep spiritual reflection, emotional healing, and personal renewal. The topics covered are mature and can be emotionally intensive, requiring a focused and undisturbed environment for all participants to fully engage.

To ensure an atmosphere conducive to rest, reflection, and deep work, this retreat is structured for adult attendees. We encourage all participants to arrange for childcare in advance if they have young children, allowing them to fully disconnect. Arranging to be away from work, family, social media, and completely immerse themselves in the experience. 

Our goal is to provide a serene and restorative environment where every woman can feel supported in her personal journey without external distractions.

We will group rooms together with 2-8 women in them. If you have ladies you would like to stay with, please let us know when you register.
